Red wine obtained from "Barbera" grapes. Fermentation with the skins in stainless steel tanks. A further fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature makes it naturally sparkling.

Oltrepo Pavese local red wine obtained from "Croatina" grapes. Fermentation with the skins in stainless steel tanks. A further fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature makes it naturally sparkling.

Sangue di Giuda
Slightly sweet and smooth red wine obtained from selected Barbera (30%) Croatina (40%) Rara (30%) grapes. After a short fermentation on the skins, stopped by a sudden drop of temperature, a further fermentation continues in autoclave: that makes the wine pleasantly sweet and flowery.
