Il Castelletto
Obtained from a selection of "Barbera" grapes from the namesake limited return vineyard. After a long fermentation with the skins at controlled temperature the ruby-red wine ages in stainless steel tanks for at least 24 months.

Cabernet
From "Cabernet Sauvignon" grapes. After a fermentation with the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the wine ages in used bariques for 12 months and refines in bottles for 12 more months.

Pinot Grigio
From "Pinot Grigio" grapes, obtained from vineyards with reduced quantity. Softly pressed only the first part of the must is used. Fermentation and aging, at controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks. White wine with a fine and well defined fragrance.
