Pinot Nero

From "Pinot Nero" grapes. After a soft pressure, must is in short contact with skins. Fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature gives the wine a strong and persistent fragrance.

Alcoholic content 11.5% Vol

Riesling Italico

From "Riesling Italico" grapes, softly pressed. Only the fi rst part of the must is used. Fermentation in autoclave, at controlled temperature. White wine with a fine and flowery fragrance, naturally sparkling.

Moscato

From "Moscato" grapes. Shortly fermented at controlled temperature. Sparkling, sweet and aromatic white wine.
